lockformer Roll formers | Rollforming MachinesLockformer Pittsburgh Lock Model 24
Compact and light enough to be taken right to the job, yet cost-effective enough to be a stand-by machine for your shop, this machine is built to deliver heavy-duty service. Ideal for 24 gauge materials or lighter. Place it on a bench, plug it in, and it’s ready to produce. Auto-Guide Power Flanging Attachment
Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Model 20 & Pittsburgh Lock Model 20 Super SpeedIn 1937, Lockformer introduced the first truly practical lock forming machine. It significantly cut the time required for making duct and it completely revolutionized the sheet metal working industry. Note: Model 20 Super Speed is not available with the optional flanging attachment.
Lockformer Pittsburgh Lock Models 14-16-18These powerful performers offer the HVAC industry day-in/day-out service. The 14, 16 and 18 gauge Pittsburgh rollforming machines have 7 forming stations with two forming positions. One inboard position forms the Pittsburgh lock, and one auxiliary or outboard position has the capability of forming 1 of 8 different profiles depending on which auxiliary roll set is ordered (See below for list of outboard-mounted auxiliary roll sets). The forming speeds for the individual machines are listed in the chart below. Pittsburgh Lock Model 14

Lockformer Auto Guide Flanger 16-18This power flanger has the "auto-guide" feature, which automatically controls the forming of a right-angle flange. It will contour and follow any edge, straight or curved. Using the convenient table slot, the operator merely turns up a starting edge, starts the material through the rolls and lets go. A calibrated dial sets the auto-guide for work with radii as small as 3-1/4". Two flange heights are available - please specify 3/8" or 1/4".
Lockformer Button Punch Snap Lock RollformerThe Button Punch Snap Lock Machine forms a two-piece seam that greatly simplifies ductwork assembly. The male seam is a button, the female seam is a lock, and the two snap together for a flush corner. This machine can form 20 to 26-gauge sheet metal into female locks on the inboard and button punched right angle flanges on outboard rolls at speeds of 60-65 fpm, and are available in seven and nine forming station machines. Not only do these locks assemble twice as fast as traditional methods, but because the two pieces nest, they are easier to transport too. Standard with Lockformer quality construction, these machines have motors; high precision needle-type bearings; heavy 3/4” chassis plate; case-hardened and ground roll shafts; and arc-welded steel stands protected with Lockformer’s top-quality primer and paint finish. Alternate fittings are easily accessible from a main transmission bearing lubrication panel. Specially designed for commercial and industrial ductwork, these Button Punch Snap Lock machines will turn out perfectly formed locks. They will produce both a female button lock (inboard rolls) and a button-punched right-angle flange (outboard rolls). Two models are available in both a 20 gauge (9-station) and lighter material, or a 24 gauge (7-station) and lighter material.
Lockformer Button Punch Snap Lock FlangerRoll single-direction curves down to a minimum radius of 3-1/2" inside or a 5" outside radius, almost automatically. These punched right-angle flange curves fit perfectly in the female button lock formed on the Lockformer® 20 gauge or the 24 gauge Button Punch Snap Lock.
