spiral duct, Ovalizer Champ is the answer.
The Ovalizer Champ 36/10 is the newest addition to our World-Class line of HVAC machinery. The Spiral Helix Ovalizer Champ will transform smooth and Triple-Rib round spiral ducts of sizes 12" to 80" in diameter into flat-oval ducts of sizes 5" x 16" x 36" x 105". The 10' boom will stretch round ducts up to 20 feet in length with a maximum sheet thickness of 18 gauge. The Ovalizer Champ features a simple and efficient system with two large 10 inch hydraulic cylinders operating at a relatively low-pressure setting, which ensures years and years of trouble free operation. This Spiral-Helix Ovalizer Machine Control is by PLC, and the LCD unit on the operator's panel stores all set parameters for easy recall by the operator when required. Stretching of round ducts is accomplished by the superior and proven technology of wedges used on SPIRAL-HELIX Ovalizers for the past 30 years. Accurate stroke control ensures reliable repeatability and makes the Spiral Helix Oval Duct Machine Model Champ very user-friendly.
Roval Roller 48/20 The SPIRAL-HELIX Roval Roller shapes round and flat-oval segments and reducers as well as many other forms common to the sheet-metal industry. With its programmable controller, it is designed to duplicate shapes at the high level of accuracy critical for mating parts. The Roval-Roller saves labor costs by eliminating valuable production time hand-rolling and remeasuring. The PLC controls allow for repeatability once the job has been entered. The Roval-Roller produces any shape at a fast pace of up to 30 feet per minute. It features a fast moving back roller with position indicator to ensure accurate radius settings. Rollers are heat-treated and assembled with needle bearings. Counters indicate travel length in inches or millimeters. Mounted on wheels, the Roval-Roller is simple to maneuver around the work site. Only a minimal amount of floor space is required for usage. And when it comes to keeping your Roval-Roller on line 100 percent of the time, you can look forward to minimal annual maintenance. Superior Safety – The emphasis on worker safety starts with a convenient feed table that provides a safety guard for finger, hand, and arm protection. Foot pedal controls allow the operator to move forms forward and backward keeping hands and arms free to work. A brake motor gives the ability to stop any job instantly.
