Fully Automatic Wrap Brake 60" or 72"

 

Ductformer’s Fully Automatic Wrap Brake 60" or 72" DB-60 (72) receives a part and bends the Pre-Notched and Rollformed Duct Section into either ‘L’ shape, ‘U’ shape, or Full Wrap Duct Sections. In fact the DB-60 (72) can be installed in any manufacturer’s Duct Coil Line providing Duct Fabricators the opportunity to upgrade and modernize existing Lines.

First the Duct section enters the DB-60 Auto Brake via the entrance conveyor. The conveyor will briefly pause allowing the Grip Feed to square and engage the part. The Grip Feed then moves the part into the bending station to the programmed distance (duct size), clamps and forms the 90° bend. After the bend cycle the process is repeated for Full Wrap Style Duct or ejected out of the Folding Station for L-Shape Duct.

The Model DB-60 (72) incorporates the latest technology offered by name brand industrial component manufacturers. Notably, these include PLC’s using Compact Flash Memory Backup, color Touch Screen Controls, brushless AC Vector Motion Control Drives for the part feeding, and a pressure compensated Hydraulic System.

12 & 14 Station TDFC Dual Head Rollformer For Ductline

 

Ductformer’s Dual Head TDFC Rollformer is designed for installation in existing duct coil lines or can be used as a free standing unit. The rollformer is designed to accept and form the TDFC (F or C-Style) flange down both edges of the 18 – 26 gauge blank. Our robust yet simplistic design makes the TDFC Rollformer the work horse of any shop for many years to come.

Ductformer Line-A-Duct DL-60 (or 72)

 

Ductformer Line-A-Duct DL-60 (or 72) is designed to be installed in any manufacturer’s Duct Coil Line System. The glue is first applied to the metal then the liner is cut to the exact length and pressed on to the part. A Weld Pin System (not pictured) installed after the DL-60 (or 72) would pin the liner to the metal after the insulation has been applied.

Duct Coil Line System Compact Cut-To-Length Line Model #CR6018

 

Coil Cut to Length All of our Straighteners have one (1) set of Pinch Rolls, five (5) Straightener Rolls & a Pinch Bead Roll. The same Straightener can be configured for either an overfeed or underfeed payoff application. The Straightener features an All Gear Drive (no chain), Heavy Duty Spindles running off heavy duty Anti-Friction Roller Bearing. The Pinch Rolls are gear driven top to bottom with Pneumatic Clamping. The Pneumatic Clamping allows you to disengage the Pinch Rolls to re-align the strip when feeding in a new coil. It also eliminates tracking problems when backing the strip out of the Straightener.The upper Straightener Rolls are adjustable from a single Handwheel setting with a Micrometer readout for the carious materials to be run. The Straightener Roll settings are also a Direct Gear Drive eliminating the problem associated with other Roller Chain & Sprocket Applications. The Bead Rolls are larger than most systems which would eliminate the Center Bead Washout found on other systems.
