Description: The LETTERLOK 3000 is designed to fasten the open end of the channel letter returns. This versatile tool eliminates drilling and pop riveting open letter returns and letter centers. It can produce a UL recognized fastener in just two pieces of aluminum.

  • Air over oil powered clinching machine
  • Features a one-piece steel frame with a 3 1/4” or 4 1/2” throat
  • Nearly maintenance free
  • Supplied with a tooling set for 0.040” aluminum
  • Comes complete with a spring balancer for mounting to an optional mobile cart or customer supplied fixture
  • Fasten applications in any area where a 3/8” air line and 75lbs of air pressure are available
  • Only required to unpack and attach a 3/8” airline
  • Portable machine
